■ワタミ 残業代未払いを内部告発した社員を解雇

ワタミ」（東京）のグループ会社で、居酒屋「和民」などを全国展開する外食大手「ワタミフードサービス」
（同）がアルバイト店員の勤務時間を一部切り捨てていたとして北大阪労働基準監督署の是正勧告を受け、
２１７人に計約１２００万円の未払い賃金を支払った。
一方で元店員の２０代の男性が「内部告発への報復で解雇された」として、
同社に慰謝料など約４５０万円の損害賠償を求める訴訟を２日にも大阪地裁に起こす考えだ。

労基署への通報は０６年７月で、同９月に解雇された。
ワタミフードサービスの社員から「労基署に行くような人は企業にとってリスク」と退職を迫られたと主張。
